Modern fully equipped galley kitchen complete with a Jennaire range and stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with icemaker.

Living/dining areas are open to the galley kitchen

The living room features a stone gas fireplace, a 45” screen TV, stereo, and DVD player.

This beautiful newly remodeled home features natural wood handrails, hard wood maple floors, custom maple trim and inlaid maple stairways and beautiful natural wood accents.
 

Outside, enjoy the flowers that enhance the front of this home, two decks located at either end of the house, 2nd floor balcony, four person hot tub, gas barbeque, boat lift available for a pontoon boat (pontoon boat rental available by owner, $450/day), 45 acres of beautiful Michigan woods with trails to hike, a canoe, free surrey bike use on the Betsie Valley Trail and access to shared beach, swimming raft and dock on Crystal Lake.

RENTAL FEE: 
For use of the property as a vacationing home, guests shall pay 50% of the rental fees to the owners at the time of the reservation and the remaining 50% of the fee no later than 30 days prior to arrival.  Other arrangements may be possible.

Summer rate for the third week in June through Labor Day weekend is $2,500/week. 

No reservations are confirmed until deposits and rental agreement is received.
 

CANCELLATION:
If a guest wishes to cancel this agreement, the guest shall provide the owner with written notice or email to lutzie@charter.net.   If the renter’s notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date, the 50% fee will be refunded at 80% only if the reserved nights can be re-booked in full.  If the premises are not re-booked or the guest cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, the fee is non-refundable.
 

SMOKING: 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.  If smoking outside please do not leave evidence of any cigarettes.  NO smoking is allowed on the shared dock or beach.
 

METHOD OF PAYMENT: 
Check, money order, Mastercard, or Visa 
 

LINENS: 
Will be provided.
 

PAPER PRODUCTS:
Will not be furnished and are to be provided by the renter.
 

CHECK-IN TIME:
Summer rentals occur Saturday P.M. to Saturday A.M.  Check in time is after 5:00 p.m.  Check-out at or before 11:00 A. M..
 

PETS: 
Are permitted with prior approval and an extra damage deposit of $500.00.
 

TELEPHONE:
Usage is limited to local or credit card calls.  Guests’ own cell phones are preferred.  Tenants will be responsible for any telephone charges incurred during their stay.
 

MAXIMUM Rental capacity is eight people.  Parking at house for two cars and at garage for one car and trailer.
